As equal partners in education you are requested to:
1. Check the uniform and bag of your ward in the morning.
2. See that your what carries text / note books according to the time table for the day. No extra books are allowed
3. Ensure that your ward comes in proper school uniform. No casuals are allowed from class II onwards on birthdays. No party or cutting of cakes is allowed in the school premises.
4. Ensure that the sports uniform is worn only on the PT periods days and specified days
5. Ensure that your ward comes to school on time. Late comers will not be allowed to enter the school. No child will be allowed to leave the school once he/she has to entered till dispersal time. No reasons like functions, appointments with doctor/ anybody without prior information to school etc. will be accepted
6. Ensure that your ward is thoroughly prepared for the weekly term exam/tests. See his/her report card and teacher’s remarks in his/her class work/home work note books and school almanac on daily basis
7. Encourage your ward to take a keen interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports.
8. Encourage children to bring healthy and nutritive food and a food daily. No money should be given to the students till class V.
9. Instruct your ward to be careful about his/her belongings. There should be a name tag on Blazers and sweaters .Expensive article should not be brought to school. Students are not allowed to wear jewellery in school in case of violation of this rule, the articles will be confiscated. The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in a school. In case of a loss a letter giving details of the lost item may be sent to the school.
11. Not to give mobile/ phone /camera/watch any other electronic gaming device to your ward under any circumstances. If found, it will be confiscated.
12. Not allow your ward to use any personal conveyance like a Scooty/ scooter /bike to commute to school. Driving without license is punishable act.
13. Ensure that your ward accompanies you on PTMs in proper school uniform.
14. Ensure that boys do not wear earrings in one/both the ears. Students are strictly prohibited from applying mehndi, nail polish, hair colour are tattoos.
15. Ensure that sports uniform is not worn during examinations.
16. Carry parent ID card when you visit the school, even on functions and PTMs
17. Send an authority letter and identity proof with the person coming to pick up the child in case you are unavailable to pick up your ward in an emergency.
18. Discourage children from bursting crackers.
19. Not handover lunch boxes for any item to the security guard at the gate. This is in the interest and safety of your ward.
20. Address all communication to the principal only. Mention your child's name, address, admission no., phone no., class and section clearly.
21. Ensure that net-surfing by your ward is done only under your guidance and supervision.
22. Take corrective action against the use of abusive language of child.
23. Adhere to a formal dress code when visiting the school. Refrain particularly from wearing shorts, bathroom slippers and night suit to the school.
24. Avoid criticism of teachers of the school in the presence of your ward.
25. Attend PTMs, orientation and school functions as per given the schedule.
